• Distillery: Crafted at Tequilas Del Señor NOM 1124, one of the oldest continually family owned distilleries in Mexico. Established in 1943 with 80+ years of craft excellence and commitment to the earth. Sustainably made with only organic agave, yeast, and water. No Sweetners. No Secrets.
• Blanco Tasting Notes: The nose is herbaceous and fruity, with citrus and cooked agave sitting in front of mint and black pepper. The palate leads with cooked agave, as dried orange, mint tea, and peppercorns support. The finish is pleasant and warm with sweet and spice fading together.
• Reposado Tasting Notes: On the nose, citrus peels, mocha cream, and earthy agave flavors. On the palate, chocolate and citrus flavors lead the way, with agave and mint leaf underneath. The finish is sweet and pleasant with chocolate and citrus peels lingering.
  • Reposado Aging: 8 Month Process. 6 Months Rested in Lightly Charred American Oak Barrels. 1 Month aeration before and after barreling.
  • Barrel: Our barrels are either brand new or only used previously for Authentico Organic Tequila. No other spirits or wine have touched our barrels.
• Cristalino Tasting Notes: On the nose, citrus peels, mocha cream, and earthy agave flavors. On the palate, chocolate and citrus flavors lead the way, with agave and mint leaf underneath. The finish is sweet and pleasant with chocolate and citrus peels lingering.
  • Aging: 9 Month Process. 6 Months Rested in Lightly Charred American Oak Barrels. 1 Month Aeration Before and After Barreling. 1 Month Filtering for Crystal Clear Perfection. 
  • Cristalino Process: Proprietary organic process utilizing charcoal, oxygenation, and natural procedures. Authentico Cristalino is one of a kind as a rare organic Cristalino, made with only organic agave, yeast, and water.
  • Barrel: Our barrels are either brand new or only used previously for Authentico Organic Tequila. No other spirits or wine have touched our barrels.
